Family Vacation to Genting Highlands
Yup, another vacation for me and my mom! This time, it'll be a whole family affair, with my sister and her family from Johor Bahru going with us to Malaysia's very own Sin City – Genting Highlands, the Las Vegas of Malaysia!
As for me, I'm more interested in the amusement park rather than the casinos and I can tell you, for those of you who have not been to Genting, there are plenty of thrills and spills to enjoy when you're up in the Highlands. My only concern is that the rains wil stay far, far away from Genting Highlands while we're up there from Monday, June 5 to Wednesday June 7.
It'll be the first time for my 7-year-old nephew Joshua and I can bet that he's all excited about the trip, especially going up to the theme park via cable car. I'm sure there's going to be a lot of priceless picture opportunities and I must send my thanks and appreciation once more to my boss for giving me the Olympus E-300 semi-professional camera. That's one pwerful camera and I've never expected Olympus to be that good considering that Canon and Nikon are the more popular ones in the market.
Anyways, I will be looking forward to this trip very much. There's a possibilty that I might go up to Genting Highlands again for in August for my church camp, that is if it does not clash with my boss's scheduled trip to Paris for Madonna's Confession Tour concert.
Man, I'm just so ecstatic about where my life is going right now. It'll be even better once I can summon every amount of effort in me to finish writing my first children's fantasy novel! Argh…why does writing a book seems so easy at first but when you actually got to really write it, it becomes so darn difficult?? Well, like all my friends mentioned below, I shall not give up but will continue to persevere! After all, Jack Canfield has taught me a thing or two about how to be successful in life and I will give his much famed principles a try.
I've still got long years ahead of me, there's so many things to do so many things to experience for the first time. It's great to be young and healthy. I'm not going to waste my time being shackled to a 9 to 5 job, it's just simply not me, you know. I want to explore and document the world in my writings and my photos. I look forward to doing al these in the years to come.
Till then, I'll just work hard so that I can play even harder in the future!
